New Force offers high quality CRA clad and lined pipe as per API 5LD. CRA (Corrosion resistant alloy) clad pipe and lined pipe are known as “Bimetal Pipe” consisting an inner alloy pipe for corrosion-resistant and an outer carbon steel pipe which can withstand external and internal pressure. which have been considered as a new material in oil & gas pipeline systems.
CRA material combined with carbon steel material is a great achievement on both the mechanical strength and the excellent corrosion resistance performance.

1.Mechanical bond for CRA Lined Pipes – Mechanically bonding the CRA inner pipe and the base pipe by using hydraulic machine or hydrostatic pressure;
2.Metallurgical bond for CRA Clad Pipes – Cladding of plates (metallurgical bond between 2 different metals) is carried out by various operations such as co-extrusion, hot rolling, explosive bonding or overlay welding.
In comparison to CRA Lined Pipe, CRA Overlay Welding Clad Pipe is high costly due to the complex welding processes.
